Soda is just sugar water with zero benefits for your body which includes your muscles. Excess caffeine consumption from the soda can also weaken bones. These bars are a combination of oats, dried fruit, nuts, and seeds with added sugar and fats. Also, some granola bars contain chocolate or fudge. These are just too many calories and sugar that are not recommended to gain muscles and have a healthier body.

Cheese pretty much contains sodium and fat, but cheese also provides many essential nutrients for muscle growth. Nonetheless, processed cheese provides lesser protein per ounce when compared with unprocessed cheese. And, processed cheese a list of ingredients that provide nothing but harm to your muscle growth. Therefore, processed cheese is a food that you are advised not to eat.
A store-bought bagel contains about 400 calories with all of the refined carbohydrates. The bagel or the cream cheese will do nothing in favor of building stronger and healthier muscles.
You might consider that the bran muffin is your best choice when you’re on the go, but the fact is it’s nothing but carrying a hefty 500 plus calories without any nutritional benefits. Most are made from refined white flour, butter, and eggs. It is just not recommended if you’re trying to eat a healthier diet to achieve ripped muscles.
